The Roof Access program enables our clients to make important decisions that reduce the yearly life-cycle cost of their roofing inventories. The 2 key components of beginning this process are: 1. Signing up for the system, which includes all of the services below; 2. Utilizing the data that the system yields such as work order repair history, preventive maintenance budgeting, scheduled re-inspections, and capital planning.

  • Integration of existing roofing documents into Customer Portal

DISASTER RESPONSE

One of the most valuable components of the Roof Access system is the incorporation of a disaster response plan. You should not be frantically reacting and figuring out who to call when a disaster occurs. The pre-planned response that minimizes your organization’s downtime, while maximizing our pre-collected data to help you make quick and effective decisions. The services below are included in your Roof Access plan and are accessible online:

  • 2-4 Hour Emergency Response upon verbal notification of disaster
  • Performing temporary repair and disaster response contracting services
  • Setting Insurance Reserve Amount
  • Negotiation and Settlement of Insurance Claim
  • Management of other trades, when applicable

CONSULTING SERVICES

We have the ability to work independently or in conjunction with architects, engineers, and consultants to plan and implement solutions for new construction or roof replacement projects. Often times our work is independent from the rest of the building. We provide these services directly to the owner in a way that is efficient and cost effective.

Project Management services are included in all projects where we are the primary contractor. We also provide management services for projects where we are not the primary contractor. Mahaney Roofing handles maintenance and disaster plans, while also providing efficient project management and Roof Access program integration.

Mahaney Roofing has a diverse client base that consists of commercial real estate firms, building owners, and private and public facility groups. We adapt our fee schedule accordingly to align with each client’s specific business model. Our program can be paid for in a variety of ways including:

  • Lump Sum payments upon completion of your initial assessment
  • In conjunction with a more comprehensive service agreement
